Steve Galash / PRESIDENT & FOUNDER
Steve has worked in the construction industry for more than 40 years and currently specializes in managing the design and construction for affordable housing projects. His past management experience has ranged from a Project Executive on the SEH America EPI building to oversight on silicone manufacturing facilities and local medical clinics, such as the Westside BMC facility. After spending most of his career managing commercial general contracting firms in Portland and Seattle, he moved his wife of 29 years and their four children to Bend, Oregon. In 2012, Steve served as Chairman of the Bend Chamber and he continues to be actively involved in the community through participation in several advisory groups, such as Building and Development and Sewer Infrastructure. |
“I find the greatest rewards come with being thoughtful and deliberate. No matter the project, whether it be intellectual or constructing a building, the result of thinking through every detail is always spectacular.”

Teddy Odgers / MANAGING DIRECTOR, HAWAII
Originally from Raleigh, North Carolina, Teddy received his bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, then followed that with an MBA from the ESADE Business School in Barcelona, Spain. Prior to joining GLI Advisors, he was working in the Hawaii construction industry, primarily overseeing the design and execution of federal and state infrastructure projects. His education and work experience have enabled him to become an accomplished project manager - overseeing and completing more than 75 projects valued at more than $93 million. When he isn't reviewing construction documents, estimates and schedules, he enjoys immersing himself in Hawaii's outdoor lifestyle, including surfing, diving, swimming, cycling, hiking and much more. He couldn’t be more delighted to be applying his knowledge and expertise with the dynamic team at GLI. |
“I enjoy working in the affordable housing marking and helping to provide housing solutions for families that are often under-served and marginalized throughout the Hawaiian islands.”

Larry Gregg / OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE
Originally from Oklahoma, Larry brings nearly 20 years of combined Architectural and Construction experience to GLI Advisors. While in Architecture, his focus was attention to detail, technical documents that were concise, accurate and constructible and Construction Administration. Realizing that he was more interested in the construction process, he invested his skillset into a General Contracting company in Portland. With the offer to join GLI Advisors three years ago, his experience as a Construction Manager became even more relevant to represent owners and developers, assisting projects early in the development and solving constructability issues. Larry enjoys living in the Portland area with his wife, son and silly rescue dog. When he is not working on his own house, he enjoys camping and other outdoor activities throughout the great state of Oregon, and is becoming quite the chef in the kitchen. |
“After living in Portland for 20 years, I enjoy the fact that we at GLI are assisting with the development of affordable housing as we have a significant need in the Metro area.”

Sean O’Malley / OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE
It’s a long way from New England (New Hampshire to be exact) where Sean grew up to Hawaii. But after getting a degree in Civil Engineering at Syracuse University, he decided to go west and just kept on going where the climate allows for construction all year round. Now Sean is a detail-oriented proactive Construction Manager with a 10-year track record of demonstrated success in assessing project scope and adhering to deadlines and safety concerns. Now he is well-versed in team leadership and task delegation for the purpose of driving projects forward and fostering client satisfaction. |
“I love working for a company that primarily deals with affordable housing projects. With costs in Hawaii being so high, it feels good to work on projects that will help people live more comfortably in an expensive area.”

Molly grew up in Honolulu and has a degree in Civil Engineering from Loyola Marymount University. Molly has been working as a Civil Design Engineer focusing on drainage and utility design in Honolulu since 2020 and just recently joined the team at GLI.
